DSGN406
DSGN 406 is a course offered through the College of Business at Oregon State University where students lead the planning and execution of Oregon State’s Annual Fashion and Design Exhibition. Throughout the term, students gain hands-on experience organizing a large-scale event from start to finish. In this course, students collaborate with classmates, professors, and university partners to bring a shared creative vision to life. The class is structured into committees, with each group taking on specific roles that contribute to the overall success of the exhibition. Beyond the planning process, students are actively involved in implementing their ideas and seeing them come to life at the annual fashion show. DSGN 406 offers real-world experience in event production, teamwork, leadership, and the fashion industry, making it both a creative and professional growth opportunity.
